Poor customer service

Terrible customer service through their online shop, they don't answer their emails and I've been waiting a week to hear back from them with regards to my refund. When they do decide to answer their phone, they are extremely unprofessional. I had to courier back the Jersey I ordered which cost me over R700 at my own cost in order to be refunded, which would've cost me R190 so instead I courier it to their nearest postnet for them to collect at R99 and sent them the tracking number. It's been a week and still no refund. I will never buy their products again and wouldn't recommend anyone using their online store.
