Great service

We had problems with our Dog's Life bed. Mont Claire vet shop, where we bought the bed gave us Joanne's email and we made contact. All I can say is that I wish other firms were as efficient and pleasant as she was. The problem was sorted in no time at all. She couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Thank you Joanne
