Animal Cruelty

I took my Pekingese for a trim. When I fetched him, he was severely traumatised. He was trimmed in a very bad way. His whole body was covered with razor burn marks. I had to give him pain medicine but still he was whimpering the whole night.<br> It is 3 days later and his condition is even worse. I will have to take him to the vet for treatment. The bill of course will be for the doggy parlour's attention.
