Mobile dog grooming - The Dogfather (JHB)

Please do not use this business: https://dogfather.co.za/ I had an appointment with them at noon - moved things around to accomodate them. When they didn't pitch, I followed up with them. They then said they were running late (hadn't bothered to let me know). At 17h00, they still hadn't arrived. When I asked if they were still coming, they responded by being rude, calling me "bra" and being totally unprofessional. Instead of simply apologising. How disappointing...I've alerted the business that I will be putting them on here to which they responded "go to your uncle hello Peter"
