You can't please all the people all the time! :)

I'm so surprised by the bad reviews I've seen here! The service has always been super and the product, although needing a little bulking up, is pretty brilliant. My dogs love their beds. I've just ordered a medium because it fits into our bedroom so much better and having a large is just plain luxury, the cushion is so poufy I have to sit on it for a week or so to get it flatter so he'll sleep on it! The medium seems to be a far superior bed, The sides are firm, so nice! The large beds need more bulk in the sides to keep them standing up, I almost feel they need revamping. I have 3 large and 1 medium and am pretty happy with the product.
