Very unhappy with the way they handle their clients!!!
Hi there. I bought 2 dog beds, buy one get one free, which sounded great. I placed the order but put the wrong amount of money in, meaning I overpaid . The amount was R1199.80 and I paid R1999.80 . Which I contacted them about right away. But also understand that there is NO phone number given at all. So I keep sending messages buy getting no replies. The dog beds arrived yesterday but are way too SMALL and have got the same issue again can not get hold of these people as there is no phone NUMBER!!!! Have left plenty of messages but again NO replies to any of mine. It is so frustrating working like this . ASAP I sent the wrong amount of money I wrote to a Charles who sounded like he was on the ball ,but joke !!! You have one very frustrated lady here this morning.😡
I dealt with another company regarding shoes, had the pair collected and the replacement returned within one week . That is what you call service 👍
