Thea dog box

May I continue with my unhappy experience I am still having with this company. They sent a courier to collect the dog beds I want exchanged , but no new ones to take their place . I would not send them with the courier guy as I said they owe me money and then they would owe me the larger beds and I don’t know if I would ever see them . Now they say they have tried to collect the small beds on a few occasions and if I don’t give them the beds they will have to hand me over to their legal department. But I am not the one doing anything wrong here. Yes I have 2 beds in my possession but I wrote and asked them to exchange them and I had over paid them, so asked them to take the extra money off that so then they would not owe me that much. It was R800.00 they owed but I realised the larger ones would cost me more. So I was angry when I received their mail yesterday. Saying they have been here on a few occasions and that they will hand me over. So that is why I am writing to you because they have upset me immensely. I am a pensioner who has to count her ever penny, and get treated like this , really what is our world coming to. So please help me here, just want my larger beds for my fury children and the spare change they owe me, easy as that. Thanking you Warmest regards Patti Dangeli
