**** - send incorrect products
I ordered a 1m x 1m bed cushion. What was sent was only 80cm so it does not fit. I have emailed the company THREE times now and they do not reply at all. There isn't even a phone number to contact them. I cant do anything with the cushion as it's too small.

That was NOT my order.
It was for a 1m x 1m bed cushion! You sent a cushion that was 800mm x 800mm! It does NOT fit!
I placed my order on 9 November. I emailed you on the 12 Nov, 16 Nov, 18 Nov, 24 Nov, 30 Nov, 2 Dec, 3 Dec, 9 Dec, 14 Dec - NINE TIMES I HAVE EMAILED asking for a full refund or the CORRECT product and still nothing has been sent! You are *****. You rep**** on 25 November saying the cushion was sent that day. LIES. Then you emailed on the 3rd Dec saying it went out the previous day. LIES AGAIN. That is TWICE now you have said it has apparently been sent and it has not!!
