Refuse to do a refund for poor quality

I am utterly disgusted with Dogbox SA. They blocked me from all their platforms so I can not review their products. They still haven't delivered a product that I have ordered from them for R580 in the beginning of December. I am actually not interested in the product anymore because of the bad quality of products I have already bought from them before. They refuse to refund me although it CLEARLY states that if the product is returned in original packaging they will do the refund. That is theft! I will keep fighting until I get my money back!
