Poor product and service

I ordered a triple couch cover and received a defected item. I communicated this with the company via email (they do not respond to phone calls or whatsapp). The owner said that it was the first time they had this kind of a complaint. He ordered an exchange for another item. The second item arrived and was also defected! I returned both and did not receive a refund. I posted all over their FB page for a month and finally received a refund this morning (R100 short of the original price). This company does believe in after sales support. Their communication is disgusting! I would not recommend them AT ALL!
