Placed order and never received it.

I placed an order with the dog box sa and never received my order. They do not reply to my emails and phone goes straight to voice mail. How does one get hold of these people? Very poor service.

this order was placed on Thursday we do stipulate a 5 working day turn around time, this will be with you by tomorrow afternoon at the very latest???

We aren’t sure the reason for the Hello Peter?

The fact that you do not reply to emails. The telephone number you give goes straight to voice mail, you do not reply to Whatsapp or to messenger. This leaves one no choice but to think its a ****. You say 5 day turnaround but you are unavailable throughout the period. Tomorrow is 7 days by the way, with the first communication today only.

Unfortunately we had a batch of load shedding totally destroy our tech.
