No response to an order which is 2 weeks delayed.
As a first time buyer very bad experience with Dogbpx SA. I made a purchase on 24 April and 2 weeks later still have not received my order. I received an email fro..Dogbox indicating that my parcel with shipping yet when I followed up with the courier company they indicated that they don't have the parcel yet. Dog box doesn't even have a telephone number to follow up - the whatsapp number that have doesn't exist. The only option to use to enquire is an email address- where they indicate 24-48 hours response. It's been over 48 hours and still nothing. This company has so many good reviews - I'm wondering if the reviews are in fact legit. I hope that I will get a response to this - utterly pathetic.

06 May 2021, 10:01Ironically I received my parcel just after I posted this review. Thank you DogBox but just advice for future clients is that
1) have a legit telephone number to be contacted on and not an email
2) Please ensure that when you indicate a shipment date to your clients this is verified.
