In happy with the Dog Box

Hi there , I have already complained about this company and they promised me the world, but everything has gone so quite again. I ordered 2dog beds which when they arrived were too small, so asked them if at all possible to exchange them and take the money from what was owing to me as I over paid on the other two.. That was all good one of the emails even said they would do it the next day , that was two weeks ago, but you know what is soooooo frustrating is that there is no phone number and no one is coming back to you to say what is going on. All I want is for them to write and say it’s with the couriers should be there in 2 days. This waiting and not knowing is driving me insane.
