Horrible service and poor quality bed!!

I've paid for my dog bed, received it and was horrified by the poor quality... Definitely NOT worth R800 plus... We have a Bulterrier. I've asked in my emails if the bed would be suitable for this breed and was assured that it would be... It didn't even last a week. I've send numerous emails with pictures etc and NO ONE is responding to ANY of my emails!!! Horrible service, I'll NEVER buy from them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone either!!!
