Frustrated customer!!

I placed order DB11947SA on 22 December and didn’t expect delivery until mid-Jan, I would not have resorted to a review however I’ve tried phoning, sending WhatsApp messages, Facebook messages, emails and receive no communication back. All I need to know is when I can expect my delivery to ensure someone is available to receive it!! I feel as if I’ve been ****med and now reading the reviews am even more concerned!! It’s middle of Jan and most people have returned to work - I would appreciate correspondence asap!!
