False advertising and no delivery!

After making a purchase on 09/12/2022 I have sent numerous emails requesting updates. To date I have received 3 emails, 2 after the purchase saying thank you and 1 update where I was I formed that I would receive my Waybill to track my order but I am still waiting for this information. I have sent sms, what's app messages, messages on Facebook messenger but don't get any replies. I've even tagged dog Box SA on Facebook requesting an I update but no replies anywhere. The number supp**** is never on and there is no space to leave a voice message. The website says 3 day free delivery but 6 working days later and I still haven't received anything. I was beginning to think it's a **** till I saw reviews on Facebook with the same issue. I am so unhappy and wish I had never placed the order to begin with. I have even asked payflex to try assist with the matter and await their response. Don't purchase from this company, they take your money and waste your time

So after complaining every where I possibly could, after sending messages through platform available, after being blocked on facebook and finally requesting assistance from payflex for the order to be cancelled due to non delivery and no way of contacting this company and getting an actual response, I finally received my order today. I'm not entirely happy with the quality but can only imagine what debacle I would have to go through to return everything and then probably wont get a refund as they will more than likely have some excuse. I don't think I will trust any companies advertising on facebook after this experience. It really is disappointing that I had to go through such lengths of complaining and name shaming just to get my order. To others ordering from this company, hope you don't have to go through the same nonsense
