Dog Box SA - unsatisfactory item and service.

I ordered a couch cover from Dog Box SA. They assured me of quick delivery which did not happen. The item delivered was not at all like the item shown on their website. When I emailed them to tell them I was basically told that it's he first time they have ever had a complaint! When I asked to be able to call on the phone rather than email backwards and forwards the response I got was "WE can’t do p[hones at the moment, we are busy having our faith act recordings installed etc & our lawyers have said strictly NO PHONES". I find this a rather strange response. They have said I can return it for a refund but I feel no trust in the company and have my doubts about receiving a refund.

I made a comment on their Facebook page that I was not happy with the item delivered or the after sales service. My message has been deleted of their page and I have been blocked from their site.

I would never recommend this company to anyone!
