Dog Box SA- unprofessional and poor quality!

My dog tore my one bed after just 3 days and they are not responding to my complaints Their 1 and only phone is always off and I am waiting on the promised 30 days back guarantee oh and have I mentioned still waiting on an order of nearly 2 weeks. I will not recommend buying from dog box. Even their couch covers are of such poor quality. Keeps slipping off. I am so very disappointed in the quality of everything regarding dog box. Even the service!
