DOG BOX SA Supper bad service

Verry unhappy. Placed an order paid for it and I am still waiting for the item plus not getting any form of response via mail or whatsapp or even picking up their phones. It is super bad service and would most certainly not recommend to anyone.

please note as per site delivery is 5 working days from order. You placed this order -

On Friday (10/12) evening at 19:11 this means Monday & dispatched out today to be delivered by Wednesday 15/12 so 3 working days. We stipulate very clearly our delivery times and unfortunately Saturday & Sunday aren’t working days.
