Dog Box SA - is this business legit?

I purchased a dog bed on line on the 30 June. I have had no correspondence confirming receipt of order. I am unable to contact them on cell number given as it goes to voicemail. Posted a comment on Facebook which now seems to be deleted. I am beginning to wonder if this is a GHOST COMPANY.
