I ordered a dog beds June 2022 and mid December 2022. On both occasions a similar scenario they just assume you will accept what they send ito of colour options and not what you have specifically ordered.They once again advised to send the correct order and collect the incorrect order delivered .There modus oprandi is provide you with an apology and to offer a 10% discount which is never provided.The fact that they ignore emails advising that we would wait for the correct colour while out.stock but instead they still choose to send what they wish in hope the customer would just be accepting of this....how is this acceptable 3 times in a row.
