After been called a ***** **** and someone wanting to try trick the above company into giving me something for nothing in spite of me sending on a few occasions proof of payment and acknowledgement of receipt from the company, I have at last more than a month later, received a nice email apologizing for the error and sending my order. I at last received it although the three blue couch covers turned out to be two blue and one heavy denim type material in a different shade all together. Just happy to have received and to get the email apologizing. I would however like to see an apology on Hello Peter where they tarnished my character. Would I used them again. Well it depends if I could choose who dealing with jekyll or Hyde. One person dealt with me like a valued customer. Sorted out their problem. Acknowledged the mistake and handled immediately. The other character treated me like a waste of time and a *****. The products in dog beds are great. The couch covers are well made but the material attracts hair. Way way to big even for my large oversized three seater. Not too sure what to do with all the fabric. I always choose to support smaller businesses. This one just needs to get whoever is pulling them down in customer service some training
