Dog bed... don't get caught!

I wanted to return the dog bed which I had purchased. I didn't feel that it was worth the money. Dog box offers a money back guarantee. I emailed them requesting information on how to return the Dog bed and asking how they refund my money. I have received no reply. They do not answer their phone which goes to voice mail, and the message box is full. This feels very worrying. Has anyone had any success when requesting a refund? Can hello peter look into this for me?
