Dog bed

I ordered a dog bed online. After ordering, I read of other customers being very frustrated... not getting their order and lack of communication from the company. The payment went through to a Charles Featherstonehaugh... which got me worried. I only then checked out reviews on hello peter(which I should have done prior to ordering). Again there were bad reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised! My dog bed arrived within 4 days and was of good quality although the extra covers were disappointing. Although, at first there was lack of communication from Dog Box, they then sent emails updating me on my order.
