DO NOT USE DOG BOX SA !
Dog Box SA are sadly lacking in people skills and turn around times. My order eventually arrived 21 days later , different color to what I had ordered, quality terrible. It is almost impossible to contact this company. Cell no goes to voice-mail...messenger and emails are unanswered...when you write a negative comment on FB it is deleted and you are blocked. There FB page looks fabulous... no negative comments...this is when the warning bells should have gone off.. there is no such thing as perfect !! I would advise anyone to NOT use this company rather buy from a pet shop so you know what you are getting. Also check Google reviews..their write up are terrible...I wish I had checked other platforms beforehand and not just re**** on their FB page which they can manipulate as they please.
