DO NIT USE DOG BOX SA

After numerous emails messenger and calls to a number that is permanently on voice-mail, I eventually received a response to my original review on Hello Peter via email...I was blocked on FB for relaying the truth...hence why all the comments are positive...they remove any negative comments immediately...the correct colour covers have apparently been dispatched but again as their Couriers do not deliver to Farms...a 50km round trip is required ! The quality of the bed structure is quite good but the inner cushion and covers are pathetic...won't withstand a 50kg dogs weight...they are already flat and having to be restuffed properly at our local upholsterer. In a nutshell...the product is not worth the money or the effort involved in fighting to get the correct goods and not being able to reach anybody to relay a possible problem. Dog Box don't seem to have grasped the concept that communication is key to running a successful Business..their customers relations/ skills are non existent which just infuriates everyone !! Not to mention the tone of their emails!! I will never use or recommend Dog Box SA.
