Buyers Beware

DogboxSa advertise a refund policy they do not adhere to. They do not make any contact telephonically when you have a query & will block you on their social media accounts when you try and contact them. Be very sure you will be satisfied with their product or do not take the chance. I have never dealt with such a blatantly ********* company. They should be ashamed to advertise as they do. I have gone out of my way to provide them with opportunities to do the right thing and it has all proved fruitless.
