Buyers Beware!

Please be careful and read the reviews before making the mistake of buying something from Dog Box SA. It took weeks for our bed to arrive. When it did it was completely different to what we had ordered. It appears that the pictures advertising the beds are not in fact their beds - they've been taken from the internet. The quality of the bed was truly horrific and is essentially damaged on arrival. We sent it back and had to then wait weeks before getting our refund. We had to threaten legal action because they were just ignoring our emails.

Diane, the person who we dealt with is unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. It is astounding that a business like this has been able to operate for so long. We bought a new bed from a different company and we were told of multiple reports of other buyers being ****med by Dog Box SA. It seems other reviews have confirmed the same. Lesson here is to always read reviews before purchasing!
