Bad service from beginning to end!

The very worst online shopping experience ever! Unprofessional to say the least. First time completely wrong order received, once they have yr money they don't respond to emails, phone calls or whatsapp. They "false advertise" in that they show colours of dog beds they don't have an then just send anything that's left over to make up yr order. After demanding a replacement I received another incorrect order (but more acceptable) but the box was damaged and my dog bed had 2 holes in it. At this stage I decided I didn't want to have anything more to do with this company and kept it. The first incorrect order (completely mismatched) was collected from me by The Courier Guy and promptly delivered to another customer without going back to the factory to be sorted. Will never ever deal with this company again, even though it is a rather good dog bed!
