ATTENTION ALL ANIMAL *****S!!!

WORST online shopping experience of my life!!!! SUPER unprofessional, rep**** to all my emails until they had my money and then the correspondence came to a complete STOP!! Flat out just ignored emails. I tried to return the sub standard (CHEAPLY made product, sold for a HUGE amount of money!!) product, within 14 days (they have a 30 day money back guarantee), just to receive my exact same parcel back!!

I tried to phone the number on the waybill... Firstly my call was ignored, then I got a message reading : how can I help you? Obviously I asked to PLZ answer my call as the courier was at my front door... After 3 more attempts my call was eventually answered.

I was bombarded with a bunch of legal lingo and insulted (I apparently returned a used dog bed!!!) DUH!!! Obviously it's used, my dog needed a bed, that's why I made the purchase in the first place!!

This company is TERRIBLE and I feel obligated to warn the rest of SA against them!!! If you have a senior or half dead dog that NEVER moves then this product might be useful to you!!!

Otherwise stay away!!
