All round upset with Dog Box SA

Seeing that there are two other complaints about Dog Box SA, I will also leave my experience.

They were quick to advertise the black friday special but I am still waiting for the promised freebies that they were going to send to me 3 days ago.

My dogs tore up their one tear tough bed and now I am hearing nothing from them. Hows that for 30 days money back guaranteed! But still waiting to hear from them...

Also their 1 line of tele communication is always on voicemail.

I am absolutely horified with my experience with Dog Box Sa and I am surely hoping that they will rectify my feelings towards my experience.
