Bad for business

I have requested the service from Doeps civils which there driver arrived 08H45 and started working at 11H05 and left the premises at 12 and only returned at 13H05 i called the office to find out what is going on she said she will come back to me instead I received a WhatsApp saying that the driver will work the time in which never happened instead at 16H50. He left and now they not taking my calls or replying to any of my messages as for Doeps civils I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for business
