Expecting pre-school Doeke tot Boeke to sink completely

As we all know, education is one of the main platforms where our children need to learn and grow. It is so important to find a proper day-care, pre-school and schools from primary to secondary and eventually tertiary. Today with great disappointment in a pre-school I once had my son go to, I am writing this review to get the word out there that even with a school once in high demand, they too can get snarky, greedy and treat their once loved clients with little to no respect. Due to the world epidemic that Covid 19 caused, many of us around the globe was directly affected and financially put between a rock and hard place. This was concerning and yes it affected us to the point that we no longer could afford a full months pre-school fees and was forced to cease the service rendered after the last month were a 50% contribution was in fact still paid to the school. A mail was sent out to the owner with our regrets and management also acknowledged it in a simple manner. Months passed and with no prior communication from Doeke tot Boeke in own capacity, we were suddenly sued. When I say no prior communication, I mean that there were no messages, letters, e-mails or even phone calls attempted by Doeke tot Boeke to inform us on any fees we are accountable for in order for us to make a payment arrangement. We were just, out of the blue, sued straight and with no warning! This makes me think that the school could perhaps have undergone some sort of financial loss due to poor management and now they are trying to recover the losses by attacking their clients full on! This is definitely one sad and concerning issue that I think could sink the school completely!!
