Illtreatment i ggot from Dodos

I bought a pair of boots on the 12th of June and only wore them on the 13th of June. When I took them off the inner part of them pops out and I return them to the shop and speak to Mimmy the area manger, she took them for repair and said they can't give me refund as I have already wore them. I tried their head office for intervention and speak to Patience whom she told me that there is nothing they can do as they are in Johannesburg they take what the area manger is saying. They admitted the fault by taking the boots for repair but they do not want give my money back. They if I did not wear them it is when they can give me a refund and told the lady manger that how will I saw the damage if I did not put on those boots. all I want is my money. Those pair of boots worth R299.99. They sell poor quality with a high cost.
