Small shoe size

Bought 2 pairs of shoes online. The other pair was small and I wanted to exchange it. I logged a return and was promised that they will send a courier to come collect the shoes. They never send it ,when requesting to take them my self they say it's not possible and also it's now over 30 days. Poor customer service.
