BAD SERVICE EVER

I have bought a shoes at Dodo's Jane Furse and the shoes only lasted for 2-4 days, I have called the store in Jane Furse and they ref me to Franco Golden Acres store Cape Town, because I live in CPT, I went to the store spoken to Phila Mkhamkelwa as assistant manager and this lady gave me a sh*"est ever, she and her area manager refused to help me, for exchange the shoes I bought from them. I regret buying from Dodo's/Franco, I want my money back ad I will never buy from this company NO MORE...!
