Refusal by DocuSign to cancel subscription

I once requested a free trial but forgot to cancel before the end of the free trial period. DocuSign now charges me R139 per month, and I have unsuccessfully attempted several times to cancel the subscription. Despite my requests to them to assist me in cancelling my subscription, were ignored.
