Service not provided

<p>I used Document Express (www.documentexpress.co.za) to get my unabridged birth and marriage certificates and certainly do not recommend using them. Although their website claims "within 2-3 weeks", it took over 5 months to receive the birth certificates, and never received my marriage certificate (over 8 months later). In addition to this, the charge of R1,450 per document (it costs R75 doing it yourself) is also extreme. During this time I sent over 40 emails trying to find out what is happening, most of them going unanswered. I also called many times, and on the times Karen did answer, she was aggressive, unapologetic and uninterested in resolving the issue. She just kept blaming it on her agent. There are many other "Queue for you" service providers (many with excellent ratings on this site), and I strongly recommend not using Document Express, you will be left disappointed. Karen also works at Translations South Africa (www.translationssouthafrica.co.za) and based on my experience with her, I would also avoid using this organisation.</p>
