Poor Service delivery

<p>I would like to complain about the services rendered by Documents Express. They claim to obtain unabridged certificates (or any other documentation) from Home Affairs for you, within 21 working days. This is not the case. They want to be paid upfront which I can understand, but after that, it is very difficult to get hold of them to find out the progress of your application. Then they claim that they could not read the application and it must be resent, obviously to buy more time. This may be a legitimate company, but the way they conduct business is questionable.</p>
