Why are these People Still in Business

On the 22 January I called Michelle to enquire about obtaining me an unabridged marraige certificate, advised it would take a maximum of 3 weeks, and all will be done, form completed and monies paid. On the 11 Feb I was advised that documents had to be apostilled, emailed Michele, no problem just courier the documents to her, pay and it will take 2 to 3 days. Confirmed documents were received 12 Feb. Today is the 2 March, and I have received no documents. My son is getting married in two weeks time and due to the inefficiency, lies and rudeness of Michele and Lea I will probably be missing the wedding. I am now getting blamed that I did not give them enough time????? I am aware they do not respond to complaints on any site, so this is just a warning to other poor suckers out there. Michele's rudeness is quite unbelievable for a person in the service industry
