Un-abridge birth certificate

I needed an un-abridge birth certificate in a hurry since we travel to Swaziland a lot. After standing in the queue at Home Affairs I realised tha the queue is not moving. I went home and searched on-line if there is no way I can get the certificate quicker. I came across Docu-Solve (passportassist) and asked if they could assist me. Michele emailed me all the details with all the forms that needed to be completed and the price (R1350). In her e-mail to me she said it will take 1 1/2 weeks to 3 weeks. I emailed her all the documents and proof of payment on 21 July 2015. I was very sceptical and I was always wondering if this was not a ****. To my delight I received an e-mail from Michele on 28 July 2015 (exactly 1 week later) to say the certificate is ready for collection. The money paid was well worth the service.
