Poor service

<p>I contacted Docu-Solve after having trouble getting an unabridged marriage certificate on 29 March 2017. They said they will try to get it but if they fail they'll refund me at least some of the cost. Every time I followed up with them they just say they are busy with it, but I doubt that they did anything. I contacted the Ekurhuleni district manager myself and she managed to get an unabridged marriage certificate for me on 7 June. Now that I enquire about a refund, the person at Docu-Solve ( no name attached to the last emails) becomes very rude and refuses to refund me anything. They will probably not refund me but just a warning to others who want to use them.</p>
