Passport Renewal: Amazing, unbelievable service, a miracle worker!

Michelle, the owner of Docu-Solve is incredible to say the least! Recently we app**** for passport renewals, and as we started the process the Department of Home affairs systems collapsed, even to the point where the specialised printing machines broke down for almost a week. This immediately put our renewal timelines under severe pressure before we had to fly overseas. Michele was amazing. From the moment we first engaged with her by email, she was informative and clear on the steps we needed to look after i.e. make an appointment of the dha website, to the steps and timelines under normal circumstances. As we experienced obstacles and difficulty, she was there for us individually and as a family, she made the most innovative plans to keep our application process moving forward, and was available into some evenings making plans and communicating the next steps. Without her unbelievable personal commitment and determination to help customers during very trying circumstances that literally crippled dha, we would not hove been able to board our flights.
