Highly recommend Docu-Solve (Passport Assist) Excellent Service received

I have been struggling with Home Affairs as they incorrectly sent my daughters passport to Durban, rather than Cape Town, almost five years ago, and would not close the application in order for us to apply for a new passport even though we have never received the passport.
