Bad service and incredibly rude staff who like to hang up on customers!!

Received my documents after having to constantly beg for information ( 8 weeks later). On the marriage certificate my wife's name, surname, country of birth and our wedding date where all wrong. Called the office and got through to Tracey, who was very rude, shouted at me and hung up the phone after saying: "that's what I expect for paying R1500."

Bad service, rude staff and incorrect documents - I would not recommend this company in a million years!!
