Bad service

I live in Germany and needed assistance to get birth certificates legalized. Michelle overall service is extremely poor. Paying customers should not be subjected to staff issues. There is a manner in which customers should be treated. Very poor, rude service. There is another company called Be Authentic, they charge half the price and offer great service. In a world where your service sets you apart due to competition, a business like Docu-Solve can only loss by not improving. Gesh(Germany)
