Unprofessional doctors and rude accounts personnel

We have been waiting for over two to three hours for the doctor. My seven-month-old daughter has been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting, and this is the second time we've encountered such delays at the hospital in Alberton. We chose to come to a private hospital expecting prompt, efficient care; however, the service we've received has been subpar. It is especially concerning since the emergency room was not particularly busy. Given this experience, I am seriously considering changing my healthcare network, as this level of service is unacceptable.

Yet I have an account that I made a payment on and the lady who was phoning me was so rude and didn't even give me time to explain.
