Shocking debtor management process

These doctors run the emergency departments at various hospitals, including Milpark. Their debtor management process is unprofessional and heavy-handed, and frankly unbecoming of a medical practice, where the patient-doctor relationship should take precedence.

I have absolutely no intention of not paying their account, as evidenced by many previous accounts settled with them over the years. Yet they now decide to escalate an unpaid account on merely 60 days (without anyone from their accounts department bothering to try and make contact with me first personally) to their equally unprofessional lawyers, who in the space of the same day have put not one, but two of their 'hounds' on me with identical emailed demands and threats - their left hand doesn't even know what the right hand is doing.

This kind of harassment is completely unacceptable.
