Netcare waterfall account harrassment

<p>I went to ER at Netcare Waterfall late last year. I was told if I am not admitted then I will have to pay cash the amount that Drs charge to see patients at ER. I was with my partner and he paid some of the amount same day. Few months later, yes I had forgotten about the outstanding amount, they sent me a reminder and I paid the oustanding amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even after paying the outstanding amount I still recieved sms threats about being blacklisted. I did not badge as I thought maybe the payment is still clearing on their side. Ealier this year, after 5 months I got threatening calls from a very bully man and I told him I won't let him step all over me like that, as though I am a ***** of some sort.. he was very rude! I told him to go away with his threats and get his facts right.</p> <p> </p> <p>I immediately sent proof of payment to NETCARE accounts and they confirmed that the payment is being linked to my account and the account will be closed..NO APOLOGY of any sort, NOTHING!</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I am getting a threating smses AGAIN! I've never used NETCARE WATERFALL again since last year after that encounter and definetely will NEVER EVER use it again and won't recommend it to anyone. If they cannot handle their account how the hell do they handle their patients! It is irritating</p>
