Dishonest, terrible admin, disgusting debt collection techniques. No concern for the human person and all about money and greed.

They used the incorrect ICD10 codes for my emergency visit, so what should be covered for PMB by my medical aid was rejected. Now I have to take the time to deal with this situation between them and my medical aid.

On top of that the way they approach debt collection is disgusting. After agreing telephonically that I would pay in the next month I received countless emails from different accounts harrasing me around paying. and after paying (which as above points to that fact that I shouldn't have to in the first place) I was still receiving final notice of demands.
